How to uploads videos and how to enter descriptions on www.youtube.com 

This tutorial teaches all the steps on how to upload videos and descriptions to youtube. The end product is that videos are published with correct Title, Descriptions and Tags 

Please study all  the steps of your assignment. Make sure to understand all the words ,use dictionary as needed.

Step A. create an account on Google.

  1. Go to Google and create a new account. (new email@gmail.com)
  2. Email me the the account email address  and pass code.

 

Step B. Create an account on youtube

1.       Go to youtube.com  and create anew account using the new email

2.       The account  name should have the word “lender”  e.g. “lender2010” or “ilender “

3.       Click the upload button

 

4.       Use the links on youtube.com page Create separate account on Facebook, twitter and Google reader 

5.     Email me the account names and password

 

 

 

Step C.  How to log into Inetu server

  1. On your computer find a program named Remote Desktop Connection. It is located in “Acessories folder”

 

 

  1. Open the program and enter the server address “ lendweb1.inetu.net”

  1. Enter your user name ( There will be a separate email with your user name and password) and click "save"  and "connect"
  2.  On the new screen enter your password ( There will be a separate email with your user name and password ) and click “Ok”

 

 

 

 Step D.  Uploading videos to youtube account

1.  log in to your account at youtube

2. click upload button

 3.  Click "Upload video"

4.  select the file "Hard money 18s 101.mp4" in folder "Hard money 18 seconds"

 

5.  The file will upload to you tube

 

Step E.  Uploading text to each video on youtube

 1.  Find the video folder on drive C of Inetu server.

2A. Note: each video  being uploaded  is unique. It look the same but they are different. Rule:  You cannot upload the same video more than one time to same account. (You may unload in the future to different accounts). Each text accompanied  any video is unique . The Title and   the Description are unique but the  key words (Tags) section can be the same for  a set of videos.   You will find separate titles and separate body text in individual files (A set of video comprises 5-20 separate videos file and 5-20 separate text file each video comes with its own text file. it is not an error to mixed the file as long as  at the end each video have a unique text).  See example of finish uploaded videos at http://www.youtube.com/user/moshon2007

The following instructions detailed how you copy and paste the data from the files into youtube.

2. Find the file marked hm-dec_0.odt

 

 

3. Open the file and highlight the text

 

4. Right click and press Copy

5. Paste the copied text into the box name Description then highlight the title in this picture the title is "Commercial loans"

 

6. Move the title  "Commercial loans" to the Title box ( or you can cut /paste it to the Title box)

 

7. Similarly move the key words down to the box named Tags

If there are no key word add the following key words to all Tags: hard money, lenders, commercial loans

8. Change the Category to;  People & Blogs

 

 

9A. After you made the changes it should look like the picture below;

Click the upload video to insert the next video

 

 

10.  Locate text for the new video and repeat  Step D #4 for the new video)

 

 

11. Then find the file with new text and repeat 3-9

12. repeat 10-11 for remaining videos in the series.

13. When all videos uploaded and text in place  review and if all ok click "Save Chnges" for each video

 

Note:   You can use any text file with any video. The only thing that is important is not to use the same text  more than once. You can even skip a text file or add it out of sequence but do not add the same text twice. You may even delete the text file after you enter it,  to avoid any possibility of duplication.

14. when all saved Click "Go to My Videos"

15. Make sure that all the videos are being shared with Facebook,  twitter and Google reader.

16. Email me a report with link to your account on  youtube.
